Pause/Resume account and payment

As part of our COVID-19 relief assistance, we are offering paying customers an option to pause the account and payment until a later date. It is available on the web dashboard > Manage > Billing > Pause Account.

Once paused, the app will be frozen and only allow very limited features. You can choose a pause period of 1, 2, or 3 months. After the pause period, the account will be auto resumed.
